That moment foreshadowed what is shaping up to be among the most indelible of Trump’s triumphs – the reshaping of the federal judiciary with the appointment of dozens of judges with an ideological bent toward the administration’s agenda. Desperate Times Call for Desperate Measures-Should The Menace Of The Left Finally Be Met Head On?
As many observers have noted, America is now embroiled in a de facto civil war in which the nation is being relentlessly attacked and disassembled from within, not by the conservative Right, as The New Yorker and other progressivist outlets irresponsibly lament, but by the domestic Left. Reputable commentators like Kevin Williamson at National Review and John Podhoretz for the New York Post believe the nation is descending into chaos -- and place the onus squarely on the Left. In a prescient article for PJ Media about the potential result of a political coup orchestrated by the Left under the guise of the faux Mueller investigation, Roger Simon writes: “That word sounds hyperbolic but it isn't. We could see anything from civil war to social atrophy. Who knows if our country will survive it?” PJ Media

Vogue Arabia Sparks Anger With Cover Featuring Saudi Princess
Vogue Arabia has been criticised for its June cover featuring a Saudi princess to celebrate the “trailblazing women of Saudi Arabia”, published just after a dozen women’s rights activists were arrested. The image was met with immediate condemnation by people pointing out that although the conservative kingdom is set to lift the longstanding driving ban for women on 24 June, a dozen or so women’s rights activists have just been arrested on charges of “encroaching on religious and national constants”. Who Is Helping Stormy Daniels' Lawyer, Michael Avenatti?
This week, he told a judge he's a finalist for a trial lawyer of the year award — citing a jury verdict of $454 million. But in reality, the award in that case probably only will amount to a fraction of that. "It's really misleading for anyone to talk about that verdict without noting that it's been massively reduced," said Ted Boutrous, a lawyer who opposes Avenatti in the case. This year, he released information about Cohen that appeared to come from a confidential government database. Attorneys for Cohen said that, for one thing, the material in Avenatti's file was partly inaccurate — it alluded to other men around the world named Michael Cohen, not their client. NPR
